United Club at Denver Airport ✈️ A Modern Flagship Lounge Experience

United Club Denver Airport lounge review – flagship Concourse B West
🛋️ Spacious, Modern & Comfortable — Inside the new United Club at DEN Airport

If you’re flying through Denver International Airport (DEN), you’ll want to know about the newly redesigned United Club at Concourse B West (near Gate B32). Officially reopened on July 31, 2025, this massive 33,000-square-foot lounge is now United Airlines’ flagship club and one of the largest in their network.

In this guide, I’ll walk you through what to expect inside: from the food and drinks to the design, seating, entertainment, and my honest take on whether it’s worth visiting. For the full video tour, check out my YouTube review linked below.

📍 Location & Access

Denver’s Concourse B actually has two United Clubs:

  • East side near Gate B44
  • West side near Gate B32 (flagship lounge)

This post focuses on the B32 West Lounge, the flagship location.

🕔 Hours: 5:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. daily

💳 How to Access the United Club:

  • United Club membership
  • Premium cabin ticket (domestic First, international Business/First)
  • Star Alliance Gold status (with a same-day flight)
  • One-time pass ($59 per person, if traveling United or Star Alliance)
  • Eligible credit cards that include access

👉 Entry is simple with automated gates: scan your membership or pass, then your boarding pass, and you’re in.

🛋️ Design & Atmosphere

Spread across two levels (Level 3 & Level 4), the lounge features a mountain-inspired design, plenty of natural light, and a warm fireplace centerpiece. With 600+ seats, there’s a mix of cozy armchairs, high-top tables, workstations, and group seating—most with power outlets and USB-C chargers.

Large windows overlook the runways 🛫, giving aviation enthusiasts an incredible view of planes taxiing, landing, and taking off.

🍽️ Food & Drinks

🥗 Buffet Highlights

The rotating seasonal buffet includes:

  • Fresh sandwiches, salads, and fruits
  • Hot dishes like pasta, soups, pulled pork, and baked vegetables
  • Cheeses, crackers, and lighter snacks

🍷 Drinks & Bar

  • Self-serve Coca-Cola Freestyle machines (sodas 🥤)
  • Fruit-infused water 💧
  • Specialty coffee & hot cocoa ☕
  • Two full-service bars (one on each floor) with complimentary beer, wine, and spirits. Premium drinks available at extra cost.

🍪 Treats & Snacks

  • Signature chocolate chip cookies (a must-try!)
  • Cakes 🍰, gummies 🍬, plantain chips, and other small bites

🤖 Unique Features

This lounge goes beyond the basics:

  • Automated robots roam the lounge, collecting trays 🤯
  • Shuffleboard and gaming area 🎮 upstairs
  • Thoughtful touches like diaper-changing stations 👶 with complimentary diapers

While it’s missing showers 🚿, nap rooms 😴, or full dining service 🍴, it still offers a polished, comfortable experience compared to many domestic lounges.

💡 My Take: Is It Worth Visiting?

Great for:

  • Travelers who want space, comfort, and reliable Wi-Fi 📶
  • Business travelers who need workstations & charging ports 💻
  • Those who enjoy a quiet drink 🍸 or meal before flying

Not ideal for:

  • Families paying multiple one-time entry fees 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
  • Travelers seeking showers or long-haul-style amenities 🌍

At $59 per person for a day pass, it’s worth it if you value drinks, snacks, and a calm space to recharge. For United Club members or premium passengers, this lounge is an excellent perk.

Overall, the United Club at Denver B32 West sets a new bar for domestic lounges in the U.S.—modern, spacious, and designed to impress.

✅ Final Thoughts

This is one of United’s best domestic lounges, and if you have access, I highly recommend checking it out. While it doesn’t replace Polaris lounges for long-haul travelers, it’s a fantastic option for domestic flyers who want more than just the basics.
